Linking Multiple Stores
CloudBridal offers multi-store support, allowing you to link multiple stores and easily switch between them. This feature is helpful for bridal shops with multiple locations that need to be managed under a single account.
Setting Up Additional Stores
To add a new store location to your account:
- Go to Additional Stores in the Settings menu
- Click Add New Store
- Enter the required store details
- Click Create Store
Linking an Existing Store
If you've previously set up a separate CloudBridal account for an additional store, you can still link both stores:
- Go to Additional Stores in the Settings menu
- Click Add New Store > Link Existing Store
- Enter the admin's email of the store you would like to link to
- Log into the admin account from step 3
- In the Additional Stores area, approve the link request
Unlinking Stores
If you'd like to remove the connection, you can simply click the Unlink button on the store connection in the Additional Stores settings.
Switching Between Stores
Once you have multiple stores configured, switching between them is simple:
- Click the store name displayed in the center of the top navigation bar
- Select the store you want to switch to from the dropdown
- The system will reload with the selected store's data
The top navigation bar always shows your current active store for easy reference.
Granting Staff Access to Other Stores
As an admin, you can allow other staff members to access different linked stores. To do so:
- Go to Additional Stores in the Settings menu
- For the staff member you want to grant access, click the Grant Access button under the linked store
- Assign them a role from the other store. See Staff Members & Roles for information on how to create roles. You should not
