Managing Your Subscription
The Subscription Management page provides complete control over your CloudBridal billing, payment methods, and plan selection. Access this area through Settings > Subscription to manage all aspects of your subscription.
Subscription Overview
Your subscription details section displays key information about your current CloudBridal service, including plan type, billing status, and upcoming charges.
Plan Information shows your current CloudBridal plan (Basic, Core, or Ultimate) along with any grandfathered pricing if applicable. This helps you understand what features are available and any special pricing arrangements.
Subscription Status indicates whether your account is active, in trial, past due, or cancelled. Active subscriptions show in green, while issues requiring attention appear in red or yellow.
Billing Cycle Details display your current active period dates and upcoming invoice amounts when you have a payment method on file. This helps you track when your next payment will be processed and for what amount.
Payment Method Management
CloudBridal uses Stripe to securely process payments and store payment information. Your payment method section shows saved cards and allows you to add or remove payment sources.
Adding Payment Methods
When you don't have a payment method on file, you'll see an option to add one. This is required for paid plans and will trigger immediate billing for any outstanding amounts if your account is past due.
- Trial Accounts can add payment methods without immediate charges - your first payment will occur automatically when the trial period ends.
- Past Due Accounts will be charged immediately upon adding a payment method.
Managing Existing Payment Methods
When you have a saved payment method, the system displays card details including type, expiration date, last four digits, and verification status. Your saved card will be charged automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
- Removing Payment Methods is possible but will cause your subscription to end when the current billing period expires unless you add a replacement method.
- Automatic Billing occurs monthly using your saved payment method. Payments apply toward the next billing cycle, ensuring uninterrupted service.
Subscription Status Management
Active Subscriptions
Active subscriptions show current period dates, upcoming charges, and provide options to cancel or modify payment methods. You maintain full access to CloudBridal features throughout your active period.
Cancelled Subscriptions
When you cancel, your subscription continues until the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate any time before this date without contacting support. Reactivation is simple - just add a payment method before your service end date. After the service end date, you'll need to contact support for reactivation assistance.
Past Due and Unpaid Status
- CloudBridal has a 7-day grace period upon initial payment failure. You still have full access to the system for those 7 days, but there will be a prominent indicator in-app and you will receive a notification from Stripe.
- After 7 days, your subscription will transition into the Unpaid status and your access will be restricted. You will still be able to add a payment method to trigger an immediate payment at this time.
- Payment Retry occurs automatically if you have a payment method on file. You can also trigger immediate payment attempts by updating your payment method.
Plan Management
The plan selection area allows you to upgrade or downgrade your CloudBridal subscription based on your business needs.
Plan Changes
- Plan changes take effect instantly, with prorated billing adjustments applied to your next invoice.
- If you have grandfathered pricing from an active plan, you will lose it by changing to a new plan, as your pricing will be at the current pricing of the new plan at the time of switching.
