Embedding on Your Website

Embedding CloudBridal on Your Website

You can put the appointment scheduler and the inventory showcase directly on your own web pages, so customers book and browse without ever leaving your site. Embedding requires access to your site's HTML — if you're not comfortable editing it, a web designer can paste the code in for you.

Where to Get the Embed Code

  • Appointment scheduler: at the bottom of the Setup tab in Settings > Appointments, under Appointment Scheduler Links > Embed
  • Inventory showcase (Plan Requirement: Ultimate): in the Inventory Showcase Links section on the General tab of your Inventory Showcase settings

If you use showcase collections, the Embed code for dropdown builds code for the whole showcase or for a single collection — so a "Sample Sale" page can embed just that collection. It only changes the code you copy, never your live showcase.

Choosing Between the Two Options

Each embed offers the same two variants:

  • Recommended: one block to paste — the embed itself plus a one-line script. The embed sizes itself to its content, scrolls the right part into view as customers move through it, and hands post-booking redirects back to your page. Pasting the block again for a second embed on the same page is harmless: one script serves every CloudBridal embed on the page.
  • Compatibility Option: a single block at a fixed height, for website builders that block custom scripts. If a scrollbar appears, raise the height="1000px" value. Automatic sizing and scrolling need the Recommended option.

Once pasted, there's nothing to maintain — improvements to the embed arrive automatically, and the code you pasted keeps working as-is.

Website Builders (Wix and Similar)

Some website builders restrict custom code. If the embed doesn't appear or stays a fixed size, you may need to add it as a custom element — or use the Compatibility option instead.

Good to Know

  • The showcase embed is live only while the showcase itself is switched on and your plan includes it. Turning the showcase off takes down the embed along with any links pointing at it.
  • Showcase favorites are tied to the browser and the page they were saved from — a client who favorites items in the embed and later opens your direct showcase link starts with a fresh list. Pick one main way for clients to reach your showcase and lead with it.
  • If an appointment type has a post-booking redirect configured, completing a booking inside the embed navigates your page to that address (Recommended option only).
